Hi, I’m Lindsay,

Healed, Goofy, and Here for the Real Stuff

My story

By day, I’m a psychotherapist helping women navigate life’s toughest patterns. By night… well, I’m still passionate about healing, but I also bake, paddleboard, obsess over Christmas lights, and occasionally lose myself in musicals while pretending I can sing.

I’m a 40-year-old woman who’s seen her fair share of chaos, growth, and neurodivergent brain meltdowns—and I’ve learned that the messy, human parts are often where the real magic happens.

I’ve been where many of my clients are: stuck in perfectionism, hyperindependence, self-criticism, and quiet despair. I chased goals I thought would make me happy, but underneath it all, something still felt… off. After years of therapy, reflection, and yes—lots of ginger martinis and baking experiments—I finally learned to reconnect with my authentic self.

My mission? To help women step out of survival mode, release the patterns that hold them back, and experience life fully—body, mind, and spirit. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself, it’s about reconnecting to who you’ve always been.

My Why

Serene lake with small boat, surrounded by mountainous landscape, tall pine trees on right, bright sun in clear blue sky.

Heal/Create by Courtney Lancaster, The Alive & Free Podcast by the Robbins, The Place We Find Ourselves by Adam Young, Theology in the Raw… and probably a dozen others that I never finish.

Healing/emotional health, spiritual health, paddle boarding, hiking, nature, animals, dogs, making space for people in their deepest pain. Oh, musicals! I love musicals.

I love to be creative in different ways, though I often get overwhelmed by my own neurodivergent brain.

My Approach:

I combine clinical expertise, lived experience, and a deep respect for your unique journey. My work is grounded in nervous system understanding, faith-aware care, and a commitment to helping you reconnect with yourself. I guide women through patterns that have been with them for years, helping them experience healing that actually feels different—not just intellectually, but in their bodies and daily lives.

Licensed in Washington State, I offer both telehealth and limited in-person Spokane therapy, making it accessible whether you’re at home or local to the area.

More About The Journey

Because this work is deeply relational and intentional, availability is limited to ensure each client receives the care they deserve.

Step One: Connection

We start by getting curious about your story, your patterns, and what your nervous system has been carrying, without judgment or rush.

Step Two: Understanding

Together, we identify how past experiences shaped your responses, helping you make sense of behaviors that once kept you safe.

Step Three: Integration and Healing

Through consistent, attuned work, we gently update those patterns so you can live with more presence, choice, and connection.

I’m not just here to be your therapist,

I’m here to remind you that life can be full, messy, joyful, and meaningful. And yes… I might offer a ginger martini recipe if we ever talk long enough.
