You are not broken, your body learned these patterns to survive. This is a space to stop white-knuckling life and begin reconnecting to who you’ve always been.
Doing nothing has a cost. Staying in familiar patterns can keep you in survival mode, always reaching for safety or connection. This work gently updates the patterns your body learned long ago, so your present life is no longer shaped by past pain.

Step Two: SIMPLE NEXT STEPS
I don’t require a consultation call to schedule your first 50-minute intake session. If you’d like a brief 3–5 minute call, we can explore that over email, and I’ll also help you understand insurance coverage and payment options.
Step Three: BEGIN THE WORK
We start by getting curious about your story, your patterns, and what your nervous system has been carrying, without judgment or rush. Together, we make sense of the responses that once kept you safe and gently update those patterns so you can live with more presence, choice, and connection.
