ONE-ON-ONE THERAPY FOR WOMEN READY TO UNDERSTAND THEIR PATTERNS AND EXPERIENCE REAL, LASTING CHANGE.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy offers a private, supportive space to explore long-standing patterns like perfectionism, hyperindependence, self-criticism, disconnection, and nervous system overwhelm. Our work goes beyond coping strategies to address the roots of what your body and mind learned in order to survive.

This is not about fixing you. It’s about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to live differently.

I provide Washington psychotherapy services for clients located throughout the state, including Spokane, through both telehealth and limited in-person options.

Payment options:
I accept most commercial insurance plans (coverage varies, please check with your provider) as well as private pay.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS AND WHY HERE:

I offer therapy grounded in lived experience, nervous system understanding, and deep compassion, so healing doesn’t just make sense intellectually, it actually feels different in your body and your life. This work is slow enough to be safe, honest enough to be real, and intentional enough to create lasting change.

Workshops and Therapy Intensives

Coming Soon

Focused, intentional healing in a group or intensive setting.

Workshops and therapy intensives will offer a deeper dive into specific healing themes, combining education, reflection, and guided nervous system work. These experiences are designed for women who want to explore their patterns in a more concentrated way, with the support of others on a similar path.

Details and registration will be available once the workbook and curriculum are complete.

Individual Life Coaching

Coming Soon

Practical support for growth, clarity, and forward movement.

Life coaching is different from therapy in that it focuses more on practical goals, decision-making, and present-day challenges. This service does not involve diagnosis or treatment and is not billable to insurance.

Coaching can be a good fit if you’re feeling relatively stable but want support navigating life transitions, boundaries, or next steps with greater intention.

In-Person Sessions

Limited availability for in-person Spokane therapy.

In-person sessions are offered on a limited basis for clients in the Spokane area. Availability may vary depending on scheduling and capacity.

If you’re interested in in-person work, you’re welcome to reach out to see if this option is currently available.

ACCESSIBLE SUPPORT FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN SPACE

Telehealth Therapy

Telehealth sessions are available to clients located anywhere in Washington State. This option allows you to engage in therapy without the stress of travel, making consistent care more accessible and sustainable.

Many clients find that healing work feels safer and more grounded when done from home.
